Literature for the Body of Christ

           l

CFC Literature is a ministry of Community Fellowship Church in Staunton, Virginia.

Our threefold purpose is to:

  • Share teaching and experiences which have come out of more than 35 years of a local congregation pursuing the Lord and His patterns of New Testament church life. Our hope is that our lessons might edify the body of Christ.
  • Publish and distribute books that cover subject matters either ignored or greatly neglected in the body of Christ.
  • Introduce readers to godly men and women from past generations who still have a lot to say. Many authors who are obscure in our present day still speak, even though they are dead. In our presentation of truth we want to be like the owner of a house who brings out of his storeroom new treasures as well as old (Matt 13:52).

Clay Sterrett, who writes most of our literature, has been teaching the Bible in Community Fellowship Church in Staunton, Virginia for over thirty-five years. He is a co-pastor with four other men and also teaches part-time in Grace Christian School. He has published several books and written articles for a variety of Christian magazines, including Ministries Today and Decision. His writing is intended to teach and encourage those who desire personal maturity in Christ and who have a heart for the Lord's church as expressed in the New Testament. Clay and his wife, Teresa, have two grown sons.

Please take some time to explore our web site, and take a look at the the different books, booklets and articles available.
